Focusing on only the most relevant characteristics makes your assessment:
For each characteristic measured, we further identify (based on research) which aspects in use today for that characteristic best predict loan repayment. We then tailor the definition and measurement of the characteristic to focus on those loan-relevant aspects.
Once you have enough data, your own applicants serve as the comparison sample for scoring candidates. This ensures accurate results.

Unlikely virtues. When a person tries to distort their answers to make themselves look good, they will claim virtues that are only true of a small percentage of people. Examples include “I never feel sad,” or “I never lie.” Ironically, a person claiming to never lie is probably lying about it! A person is flagged for claiming too many unlikely virtues.
