Comprehensive content model covers all personality traits, competencies, interests, and attitudes

Based on years of research, we identified 1784 categories of items (aspects) in use today. Every psychometric assessment we analyzed uses a combination of those aspects to define and measure a handful of psychological characteristics. Specifically, we identified 456 distinguishable characteristics (traits, competencies, interests, attitudes). We use this knowledge to tailor assessments.

Tailor means:

  1. Including only the characteristics that are most relevant to you.
  2. Optimizing the definition & measurement of each characteristic, focusing on the aspects of that characteristic most relevant to you.

Includes the Big Five personality traits
plus HEXACO Honesty-Humility

The personality domain covers the Big Five personality factors, plus the Honesty-Humility factor introduced by the HEXACO model. It also includes numerous narrow traits outside the Big 5 (or 6) that are missed by broad factor inventories.
