We match to 939 careers in the Standard Occupational Classification model. Data comes from official government publications on wage, growth, and employment statistics. In the rare instances where government-provided wage information isn't available for a particular career, we supplement wage statistics with data from ZipRecruiter.
We don't use any protected grounds to inform matches. While demographic groups may show some differences in interests and priorities, we work hard to minimize those group differences when designing the test.
